Any word on the 2003 S6 Avant or A6 4.2 Avant?

Any word on the 2003 S6 Avant or A6 4.2 Avant?
My dealer says that there will be no
2003 S6 for the US, but I thought that
I heard earlier about plans to continue
into the next model year.
Does anyone know when the 2003 model information
is due out?
I test drove one a couple days ago, and
it was fantastic! I still have to drive
the 540 6-speed to compare, but I don't
think that I will miss the manual transmission.
I didn't notice much shift lag at all in
sport mode. I didn't think that there would
be a huge difference between my Volvo 850-T5 and
the Audi S6, boy was I wrong. The S6 totally
blows the volvo away.

I think the 2003 S6 Avants will be primarily special orders that haven't arrived yet, and the like,
but, there will surely still be some 2002s and early 2003s at dealerships that are having a little more trouble moving them. I wouldn't wait forever, but you probably won't have that hard a time finding them for at least another six months.
