I have a "cat-back" exhaust, so all the O2 sensors are in stock locations, with no mods to the DP's or pre-cats. The tech told me that O2 sensor problems on this engine are fairly common, and that even change "downstream" can cause issues. (e.g. may take longer for sensors to heat up in the exhaust flows more freely...).

Shouldn't damage the sensor though. I've had them replaced under warranty. (2)
