On the bright side I got lifted out of my house on a back board and had my first ride in an Ambulance...WITH SIRENS!!!

lifting a box of floor tiles w/ one hand and swinging it to another location.
It felt like I got shot in the hip.
The sad part is, I have made a similar movement thousands of times.
