I have not been able to get a wiring diagram in the audio section, so I am hoping someone has the diagram handy. I am installing a new amp/sub combo, and I am trying to tap into the wiring harness for the non-bose subwoofer. I need to know the right and left + and - colors. Any help is appreciated.

Where are you wanting to tap in? Behind the radio? Somewhere at the rear?

My early 99 has a single-Din Concert I with cassette. The 99.5+ has the double-Din Symphony with CD.

Wiring may be different between the two models.

Hi guys. Thanks for the help. I had a sub installed the other day, and the installer tapped into the wires at the sub (rear/right of Avant). I had to use a line output converter, but the installer only tapped into the right (+/-). If I change the balance to the left, the sub is eliminated. The install sounds pretty crappy, and I wonder if that is one of the reasons. The A6 Avant is the 99.5, with the CD in the dash. I want to redo the LOC wiring to include both right and left signals. Does this help? I just need the right and left (+/-) signals wiring colors.

According to my Bentley ('99 MY with Concert) the wiring to both side rear woofers is grey and grey/yellow (latter is +ve). At the sub amp output the left is brown/red & blue/green, right is brown/black & red/green (latters are +ve).

I dont know what your really looking for (where) - hope this helps.
