Anyone have to remove the whole license plate assembly just to swap plates? What a PITA...

Default Exactly, what should have been a 2 minute job took me about 1-1/2 hours, I'd never taken....
everything apart before.

Default On the rear? BTDT. Luckily it was just one of four inserts, and I fished it back up.
It would have been secure, but the rattling would have driven me nuts.

Not looking forward to taking the whole plate off. Then again, not planning on it, either.

Yea, i had one that was frozen, and another that had fallen and was rattling. :/
