Default Anyone here running test pipes on there C5? I have an idea as to how I am going to do it and wanted

advice.

I have decided since I like to dragrace my car as often as i do I want electronic dumps come spring. Researching it for sometime now it seems it will be pretty hard to do with the cats there b/c or room.

I think I might go with these dumps
<a href="http://www.racereadyperformance.com/products.php?section=Electric%20Exhaust%20Cutout%2 0Kit%20(Dual)">Dumps</a>

Buy this extension pipe and cut/weld it onto a test pipe.

Does it look like it will work? Also when a test pipe is put in does the cat just come right out with no cutting for easy re-install? Also where does one buy test pipes from?

Default you could try just welding the cut outs w/adapter flanges to the main cat bodies...

after you remove the main cats in the shell and rewelding it. That'll afford you lots of space!

Default I am not following you.

Are you saying to use my cats or not? Or are you just saying to take the cat shell off?

Is this some thing I could De-mod if needed?

Default I should have some test-pipes ready for you to check out in about a month, i'm guessing...

if you can wait that long. They're to compliment the cat-back-system that we've already developed.
