1 Nm = 1.3558 ft.lb ... so 310 Nm = 228.644 ft.lb

1Lbft = 1.3558Nm, thus

310Nm = 228.64Lbft

If you use a mutltiplying factor (from Nm to Lb.ft) of 0.7375621 it also comes to the same
