Yes, except if you try to put 4.2 pie plates on a 2.7T with HP2 brakes.

Default I'm not doubting you (as I'm sure you've tried it with your "inventory") but...

...seems odd since the 17" pie plate wheel was available on the 4.2 in the years that had the HP2 calipers as well. Odd....

???? Huh? My 4.2 had HP2's as well. The wheels should fit.

Default I've put the forged 4.2 sport wheels on my 2001 2.7T, but...

I doubt that I would put the 2.7T wheels on the 4.2. I'm sure they'd clear the calipers, but I would not want the wheels to look "sucked in" more than they do already! 2.7T wheels are eitehr ET45 or ET43 offset, depending on which model. Stock 4.2 wheels are ET35.

Default The HP2's on the 2.7T are positionned more outward. Same calipers, different offsets.

I tried and I guarantee, they do not fit. The spokes touch the calipers.

This applies to pie plates only.

The Sport wheels (5-spoke polished) fit fine.

Default This depends on wheel width, right?

I believe the BBS RKs I have are ET35, but they are 8" wide.
