Had my tires overinflated by 6psi, when I put them back to 34 drive was smoother

Ball Joints, Bushings?

Sound like you may be in for some ball joints and/or bushings deterioration. it happened to me on another car but not so far on mine with 7k. Have the dealer check the suspension.

went and checked tires today - pressure too high

This thread made me go out and check my tire pressure today. The air pump I usually use was "out-of-order" and the pump I used yesterday evening showed my tire pressures ranging from 44-48 psi - higher than I would have set by a good margin. I reset everything on my winter tires to 36 PSI and bought a decent tire gauge. The roads feel in better shape already.
