Default anyone riding 18" in NYC??
i need to upgrade the wheels but i am concerned about the nyc potholes....any input on 18" in the city??? or should i go for 17"s?

Default I'm planning on 18's and I'm in NYC
I don't know how rough the ride is going to be or what kind of damage the NYC street are going to put on the rims, but I think the look of nice 18" rims on an A6 is worth the experiment.
I should be getting mine in a couple of weeks or so.

Default I have BBS 18s,I live in westchester and seldom drive my Audi in other boroughs ....
because of bad roads.I love the feel of wheel dimension though.You should get a wheel with 18 x 8 1/2.

have 17" in Brooklyn and I have two bubbles on both driverside tires!

Anything north of the Bronx is upstate, the sticks!!!

Well....Its really a county that starts at the Bronx and join many other upstate counties.

Default Im in the Bronx and I have 17's.
NYC streets will damage rims. I have had bent 16's in NYC...

I went to NYC last weekend with my 19's... bent 2 rims and lost a tire.
