ok here are the EXACT instructions
- inspect fuse for secondary air pump
- inspect vaccum lines
- check piping from pump to secondary air injection valve (combi valve)
unfortunately no VAG-COM electrical tests, just good old fashion getting yer hands dirty.
if the fuse checks out and there are no leaks let me know, but most likely the SAI pump is possibly toast.

- inspect fuse for secondary air pump -- Location?
- inspect vaccum lines -- there is one on the left/under the Ignition Coil Pack looks like it's toast. do you know how can I change it link/images? I have an image of it is in my first thread.
- check piping from pump to secondary air injection valve (combi valve) are you talking about the EGR Valves ?

VGA output --> Secondary Air Injection and the Catalytic Heating Passed... doesn’t that eliminate the Air pump/SAI?
Thanks for your help!!

didnt know the vag said that haha missed it but yeah looks like the SAI is ok, EGR and combi valve are one in the same. ill look into that line, but the bottom line is htere has to be a leak some where, modern emmissions equipment is VERY sensative so it may very well be a tiny leak or a big one, just have to find it
