Hi all
I have a 2004 Audi A6 3ltr S-Line when its a hot day even if I'm not driving I hop in and I can barely see the display on a cold day its fine and works like it should. If anyone has had the same problem please let me know.Is there a sensor for it.
Thanks
Scott

Your LCD is failing. There are vendors who will rebuild your LCD for abou $150. You send them your cluster, they replace the LCD and return it.

Module Masters. If you go to their website they even have instructions on how to remove the cluster (only takes ten minutes tops. Park the car where you want it as it takes about 10days from the time you remove it before you have it reinstalled. Your model year should have an immobilizer module so car won't start with cluster removed. Also no reprogramming involved. Time frame varies according to their work load. $150 last time I checked. They bench test before returning it and are very friendly to work with. Stellar guarantee.
