Audi Dealers in NoCal?

I've had a hard time with the folks at Rector. I was quoted some lease information over the phone by Ked Edwards on a Saturday night. It was a pretty good deal and they had the car in stock that I wanted A6 Avant (Melange/Melange). I live in Gilroy and drove all the way to Burlingame to buy the car. When I arrived, Ken was out "sick" and a gentleman named Otis took over. I explained what I wanted (once again) and came to a deal on a 36 month lease. I was told that they didn't have time to prep the car that day and that we'd have to come back the following day to take delivery. I had my wife drive from Gilroy (70+ miles) during rush hour traffic, in the rain, to get the car. When I went in to sign papers, they had me set up on a 48 month lease, not the 36 that we'd agreed to! The finance manager made little attempt to recitfy the situation and after watching him hmmm and haaa of the numbers for about 20 minutes, I asked for my deposit back and walked out. I fully expected that I would at least receive a follow-up phone call with an apology or a counter offer, or something. I haven't heard from them since. I ended up buying my A6 Avant from Behel on Stevens Creek from Dan (can't think of his last name, but email me if you're interested) for $300.00 over invoice!!
I'm sure the dealer in Concord is quite good too, but I can't recommend Dan at Stevens Creek highly enough. If only I could remember his last name!!
