Audi / Eibach sport spring install - help quick please!

I ordered the Audi / Eibach sport springs form Clair in Boston for my local dealer to install - he's pulled apart my car and has hit a problem. He says it appears that the bushings in my car are the wrong size for the springs - they don't have English language install instructions and are wondering if there is an install kit in addition to the springs. This surprises me - I thought this was a walk in the park.
Has anyone had them installed at a dealer? I'd like to get someone for my local dealer to call to get instructions or help them over their confusion here.
Any special install questions?

Bushings and springs don't exactly go together. The only things the springs contact on the suspension is the spring perches. I haven't seen the Eibach springs, but the sport (PSK, not Eibach)) and regular springs are the same diameter, and thus will connect properly without any changes to the perches. I don't know if the perches are the right distance apart, but the springs should seat.
I can't imagine what your dealer's difficulty is, so I can't really offer any help. Sorry.

I called Clair Audi in Boston - they've not tried to put any in themselves. My local dealer says the springs seem the wrong size for the perches.

The front springs are different diameter than the backs. Also one set of springs is tapered and the other isn't (front is, back isnt? can't remember). Perhaps you have the wrong springs, 4 backs or 4 fronts instead of 2 of each? Or maybe the dealer is just trying to put the backs on the fronts and vice-versa.

I also bought the springs from Clairparts, and had my dealer do the installation. They had no problems that I was aware of. I assume you are starting out with the stock suspension, right? FWIW, my dealer is Audi of Arlington (nee Heishmans), 703-684-6660.

The dealer thinks he's tracked down the problem - the set from Clair Parts had the correct part number on the box but appears to contain the front springs from the Sedan setup but the rear springs for the Avant - which won't fit my A6 2.7T. Tomorrow morning I'll try to find out for certain and arrange (hopefully) for a quick swap. I'm pretty angry to have wasted this time due to a poorly packed box. I'll now for certain tomorrow.
