I know this one is a bit off-topic, but had to share:
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-relea...117944754.html
It would've been nice if one of those two was a C5, or if the '98 A4 was an S4 with the 2.7T, but still... 300K is pretty impressive on any car with an original engine and I feel good knowing at least some Audis have made it that far.

Will do. I promised the wife she could get something newer at 300k, so see sends me a text with the picture of the odometer every time the mileage turns to the next thousand. 295,000...296,000...297,000...298,000...
I'm sure I'll be the first to know when it rolls over. - lol

a guy over at what was PPBB (now pedrosboard) takes all momentus pictures such that the speedo, odo and trip odo are synched. The planning is amazing, as is his ability to, say, take the pic at 150 mph! I expect 200 will cause some difficulties, since a switch to km/h would mess up the occasion in miles!

I saw once before that someone here (don't remember who) posted a pic taken going 100 mph @ 100,000 miles on the odo. I actually thought about doing the same thing (I even reset the trip odo at 99,900 so it would read 100/100/100000). However, when I attempted to make my "100 mph run" on the highway I found myself stuck in some really unexpected traffic and didn't have enough room to get over 80... I decided that was God's way of telling me I shouldn't have been trying to take a picture while driving 100 mph on a public highway!
