Default not a quick thing to remove...

per the Bentley (looked at this for the trunk/alarm buttons from a post the other day), you have to remove the upper B-pillar, which requires removal of the A- and D-pillar trim as well (there are two torx bolts hidden on the upper edge of the upper B-pillar trim).

Once the upper B-pillar trim is off, you have to remove the trim along the floor which is located under the lower B-pillar. That piece requires removal of the lower A-pillar trim.

Default Same here, huge PITA though...

I just finished reinstalling my b-pillar interior trim as I took it off to run some new speaker wire into the rear doors. Broke 1 tab on the lower b-pillar interior trim piece and and a beotch of a time getting the upper piece back in. Hindsight being 20/20, probably would've gone BD's route and removed the other trim as well. Had to do some serious bending of other trim around top of b-pillar. It is essntial to get those torx screws out. Once they are out, you have to manipulate the top of b-pillar trim to get it out from under surrounding trim. Big PITA!!!
