Default bad MAF on 2.8 30V. Is there a substitute MAF from VW that I can use?

I know that on a TT the MAF sensor from VW can be used and it is far cheaper. Is this the case for 2.8 30V? If it is, what is the part number?

Default before you will spend $500 on new MAF, you might want to try to clean yours.

You do not risk anything, but might save alot. Also if you use K&N filter, replace it with OEM one.

You need to buy a buttle of 98% alcohol, take off MAF and put this alcohol in it.

if you russian, do not forget peakles.

Default kimchee, you're not very detail oriented are you? Those are P/Ns for...

O2 sensors in the exhaust not the MAF in the air box/inlet. The whole post was about 02 sensors being replaced with VW parts.

Just call a VW dealer, and ask for MAF for same year Passat V6. Good luck.
