bank 1 sensor 2??? Is that the second O2 sensor for Cat Pass side?

that involves a little bit of splicing wires and reusing the old plug.
but if you want to use OEM sensor w/ plugs, it may be a little difficult routing the wire.
FYI the sensor is plugged vertically into the passenger side cat

Call Vast Performance and you can get sensor's from there that will plug right in to your A6 and the install is pretty easy because you just unscrew your sensor and then route the new one the same way of the old one.

issue with cat heating on that side. Original O2's still so trying to fix the Vag code without replacing the Cat... Is it possible for the sensor to be wrong??
not sure what the unit of measurement is but when i check each sensor in both banks they all read .020-.030 except for bank 1 sensor 2 which says .070. Not a mechanic but it seams to be the one with the biggest difference in the Cat. heating.
the code is for Bank 1 catalyst heating below threshold. Intermittent

The more rich the car runs the higher the voltage... and .020-.030 and .07 seem far to low, VERY LEAN mix. Assuming that an extra zero was included in there, a reading on .7 on the suspect o2 sensor show that it's producing voltage for more than an ideal mixture (.45 is perfect) .7 is rich but still good. .2 to .3 is again lean but at idle is fine...
The ECU compares the O2 sensors before and after the cats to see if the cat is working...but your o2 levels are HIGHER than the pre cat sensor which would indicate a bad o2 sensor....HOWEVER your code is "catalyst heating below threshold" and IF the readings are .02-.03 and .07 this may be Amps and the o2 sensors are not heating up properly and you're seeing the .07A trying to heat the o2 sensor
