BBS RWII ... solution to cover road rash ?

My BBS RWII are in sound condition but the finish on the outer rim has started to lift off.

Any solutions out there besides refinishing?

Any reccomendations for refinishing in Cleveland Ohio area?

If it's on the outer lip, it's a common problem w/BBS wheels. Bad finish

I've seen it a lot w/VW BBS wheels. But, luckily not w/my RC's. Not much of a lip of these.
