Best way to remove the trim piece around the hazard switch? I STFA, but I didn't get many results...

Piece of cake. small flat screwdriver protected with a eyeglass or similar cleaning cloth.

Advice: Have the cup holder go about half way out and hold it there. If you look into the dash through hole (where the cup goes) in the cup holder you can see the tabs. I used a flathead screwdriver, pried that tab off (carefully!!), and the rest of the tabs virtually all popped off into my hand.

The dash with the trim piece off. I have a 99 with the smaller radio than later models, but I'd assume the design of this area of the car never changed. You can see the areas below the cup holder and card holder (is this not the most useless thing in the car??) where the tabs are.

The trim is easy to get off. Getting the old hazard relay out is damn near impossible.

I might have gone a little extra, but I removed the radio. Piece of cake to get it out then. Just installed the freshly wrapped set from ocarbon this afternoon.
