Ive taken the blower motor and bench tested it, and it works fine. Its not an issue with the blower, and no fuses have been blown at all. The climate control section all works fine, and I can feel heat from the vents, just no air. Any ideas what this could be? I'm almost positive its an electrical or grounding issue, but can't seem to figure out where and how.

I checked the harness that connects the blower motor, and it reads 12v (blue wire) and 6.5v (brown wire), regardless of the climate control settings.

Look at the fan control module. Check the connector to see if it's melted.

I checked the harness and theres no melting, however, IIRC, only the middle lead was putting out 12v and the other two showed 0v. Is this normal?
