It is here as of this past Monday, but I cannot get my car to the shop until the 3rd Monday in October. $841.00 for new rear bumper skin painted and installed. Was rear ended at a stoplight by someone who had already come to a complete stop!
I feel your pain! :-(

No, Michael, people in this #$%@#$% city CAN'T drive. That's why I avoid Boston as much as possible. I couldn't believe it. We went to MGH for a short appointment one morning several weeks ago, figured the garage would be safe, but nope. Despite being pulled ALL the way in and between the lines, some moron came around the turn much too sharply and clipped the left corner of the rear bumper. No note, no nothing, but at least I expected as much. Luckily I was able to get most of the offending scuff marks and paint out with a little rubbing compund and some elbow grease. Now just need to use the touch-up paint to cover a small area where it got stripped down to the plastic. Its just annoying when a brand new car with 2K miles on it gets damaged by someone else! Aaaarrrgggghhh!

Unfortunately we are revisiting that era of me, me, me, me in this economy. The lame ducks that know they cause damage and don't have enough character to leave their information.
Try the IRA Body shop. I think you will be pleased. You heard my story about the Valet and the keys ? Anyway, they did an absolutely first class job and it looks factory new. Call Rick Miller at 800-649-7960 (ask for Rick in the Body Shop). Unfortunately they are running behind right now and you will probably not get in until next month (so call right away before the winter accident season begins).
Also, because you are Silver it will be a great paint match. You can even ask to see the match before the part is reinstalled. That way you can make sure you have a match. The only catch is that you will have to monitor the repair and show up on the day they are painting the part.
I hope all works out well.

I've taken several cars there (Porsche, Volvo, VW). Very high-end shop, though you wouldn't know it from the outside. Richard is the owner and Frank is his right-hand man. Top notch quality and great to work with.
