Brake part confusion

My 2001 2.7T needs front brakes. It has the 4 pads/caliper Lucas calipers (which appear to also be Girling, but mine say "Lucas"), with 321 x 30 mm discs. The offset on the discs measures about 17mm as best as I can do it. The discs were installed by a dealer, and appear to say 8D0 615 301 M 048 A, but the M could easily be an H or (less likely) a K. I'm looking to stay stock/street, but intend to get Akebono pads for less dust. Unfortunately, the listings on various parts sites either lack complete info, or contradict each other.
Pads: The pads have the D-shaped connector. ECS lists these as the Euro912, but three other sites show Euro839, and one just lists the apparent OEM# as 4B3698151B, but others contradict that as well. Akebono doesn't appear to have an application guide. Anybody know which it is?
Rotors: ECS's rotors show a genuine Audi part # ending in AD (as do some others) for the 17mm offset, and the Zimmerman equivalent (which is probably what I'd do) ends in K. AutohausAz agrees with the Zimmerman part #. PureMS shows an M but it's not clear if that's the Audi or Zimmerman # or both, and they don't state which offset it is. Others just state the size and don't give an offset. Anybody know the proper one? Are the AD, K, and M interchangeable, and all 17mm offset?
Many thanks for help sorting this out!

you can measure your offset. I believe they are actually 16 and 27 mm. Easy to measure. Not interchangeable.
The brakes are HP2s if they are 4 pads/caliper. If so, many sites are WRONG, including pelican parts'. I cant say the akebono cross ref, never wanted them.
for the record, my HP2s also say Lucas on them although everyone refers to them as girlings.
my rotors, whcih are a 27mm/ 321 are p/n 4B3 615 301

Thanks, that's helpful. My sticker agrees with the picture and the measurements--I definitely have HP2/Lucas brakes. (And yes, the Bentley does have a cross-ref to the sticker.) The drawing of the Zimmerman rotor references the AD suffix on the part number; the picture on the box is a "K". I found the old receipt for the warranty work and it's a 8D0-615-301-M. So I'm still confused on the suffixes, but maybe they're irrelevant to the size and offset.
