Can the LATCH conversion kits still be found anywhere for a 2002 that should have been converted?

My 2002 allroad fell right at the time that AOA was doing the retrofit for free, but the previous owner did not have it done. I have a 1 yr old and 3 yr old and would love to have the LATCH instead of the seat belt method. I know that AOA is no longer doing it, but I can do it myself if I can get one of the conversion kits. Anyone out there either have one or know where I can get one? Any help would be appreciated.
Best Regards,
Pat

Shop around, it should cost around $25.
Here's the critical bits (metal anchors), not including bolts or plastic parts
