Default Can Navigation D Disc be copied?

I have a copy of the original NAV D Disc and tried copying it and when the copied disc is inserted it says that there is a CD error. Is there a way to copy the disc?

Also, does anyone know if a 2002 A6 uses D or C disc for Navigation?

Default Any disc can be copied illegally. You just have to do a search for free copy programs.

They are available.

Default In that case use NERO or any other program to make an ISO image..not just copy teh contents to anoth

another CD...
Only ISO iamge is a true :copy" of teh CD..

Default sometimes you have to specify bit or raw copy options

alot of non-computer, non-audio cd's use special formatting on the disc that alot of cd copying programs don't replicate by default, cd's created with symantec ghost are a good example. in order to get them to copy properly you often need to specify special burn options, in nero I use "ignore read errors", "write defect secotrs", "read sectors in raw mode", "read all subchannel data", and "read media catalog number and ISRC" when I have to copy such discs.

also, as others mentioned, it can be illegal to copy a disc that you do not own for your own use. make sure you stay within your legal bounds on this stuff and that you stay within the "fair use" laws (such as making a backup copy of your cd for your own use).

Default I've found that sometimes NRG is a more accurate image than ISO

don't know why but copy a symantec ghost cd into an ISO and it doesn't work as a normal symantec ghost cd, copy it into an NRG and it does, puzzling, but that was my experience.

Default I'm sorry but I got lost with all the ISO and NRG....

obviously I'm not very good with computers. I just put my original CD in and hit copy off of windows and insert the blank CD when told too. Do I need to use NERO? I have NERO express does that work? How do I do all this NRG that you speak of?
