Can someone please show me a suspension diagram of the tie rod ends and why they may be a culprit of

the dreaded vibration problem? Furthermore, why would tie rod ends possibly cause a groaning sound? TIA

could cause:
vibration
abnormal tire feathering
vehicle wandering
difficult steering
refusal of the car's steering to return to center
etc etc right?
But am I not mistaken that worn tie rod ends could be diagnosed by any of us by raising the car up and seeing if we can rock the tire back and forth no? Seems to me if this is a possible problem I'd be able to detect it easily and I'll do just that tonight (basically this is a continuation of my vibration hunt).

I see your post below, but what were your actual numbers? As stated before: my vibration did not go away until I got the fronts under 10 lbs.

Shi*!!!! If I'd have known that, I'd have said do it in the beginning. Now I'm going to make them redo it and see if I can get credited for the first $80. Damn, I asked in the beginning about the road force machine, and dictated to them that I needed them precisely balanced due to my sensitive suspension. I'm going to be one unhappy customer if I have to do it all over again.
So, basically all they said was it was 1oz out. But nothing more and I didn't know better to ask them to do a precision under 10lbs force balance. Thus, now I'm pretty much screwed and will have to rely on some kissing up in order to get them to re-do it + pay for extra time involved. When asked about the figures, they do not keep the data due to the amount of tires being balanced. I could have just gone to any mom and pop shop to get them balanced with the attention they payed to it...(end rant).
