Also looking for a '01 sports.
To the best of my knowledge, in 2001, standard wheels were the solid 5 spoke with the sport wheels being the split 6 spoke as above. They were also only 16" in the standard package as well as the sports package.(they went to 17" in '02 or '03, but at least the '01's have a full size alloy spare)Though you could specially order the 17's. The sport seats have more bolstering on the sides and of course the suspension changes. Happy hunting.

I am not sure what I was doing but just follow the link and open up pictureposter and all the shots are there.
Also check E-motors and there are pleothera of cars to check out the colors and variety of wheels in one location<ul><li><a href="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/65710/sport_interior.2.jpg,%20http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/65710/sport_interior.2.jpg">http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/65710/sport_interior.2.jpg,%20http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/65710

Re: See my Sig (2003 A6 2.7T)
I just took off the BBS RCs (with Michelin Pilot Primacy tires) and installed RS4 replicas with Continental ExtremeContacts for Winter. The stock Michelins are not M+S rated - I was required to buy a dedicated set for my trips to Lake Tahoe. Will post a pic soon.

Re: only some of the 01's had alloy spares...that cuased lots of bitching IIRC
were they full size with steel rims or did they go to "space saver"?
Now isn't "space saver" another marketing name for "every 100 dollars saved is a 100 dollars profit".
