Heh, if your efforts to pick it up are anything like mine you'll:
1) walk to the bus stop
2) bus to BART
3) BART to CalTrain
4) CalTrain to taxi
5) taxi to dealership
Talk about an agonizing journey! :-)

Let's see, we drove to a ferry terminal,parked the car, walked on the ferry, got to Seattle, took a taxi to the dealership and then drove home... Made it easy then as to who rode in the new car... LOL

The folks at Rector are great.
Took delivery of my A6 there last June. David Leibenson provided the best new car delivery (pick-up) experience I've ever had.
I haven't used Rector's service department, so can't comment on it.
