Default Check engine light

I just bought a '99 A6 quattro and i'm trying to get the check engine light off. The person that sold it to me had been putting in 87 gas. I ran it down to empty and put in 93 and an additive to clean out the injecters. When the car is idle it has a slight shake/vibration but nothing extreme. I had the codes run at AutoZone and it came back with a Cylinder 1 misfire p0301 with possible cause ignition system fault or fuel injector fault. Also, it came up with an Air injection system incorrect flow p0411 with a probable cause of faulty air pump motor or solenoid valve. So far I have changed out the spark plugs and the air filter... What direction should I head from here?

Ohm out the plug wires and check the coils. After that check the injectors. I'd stop driving the car until you get this sorted. Sounds like a pretty bad skip.

I thought stop driving only if the CEL is flashing. A steady CEL just means work on it..LOL!

I think it might be an intake problem with the air pump motor or solenoid valve or a vacucum leak somewhere on the intake system... i dont know if that would cause that or not but if its not geting enought air... i dont know i kinda want to replace the cheapest part first

Why would that cause a misfire in a single cylinder?

Cylinder 1 could be misfiring because it's the last cylinder to get air.

You might take it to an indy with a smoke tester.
I once considered buying one, bid on one on fleabay but it went for like $350.
Probably cost $80-100 to smoke out a leak.

no, this is completely wrong. swap the coils around and see if the misfire changes location.
As for the AIR prob. its just for emissions, not sure if you have to test in your area, but if not, who cares, it will not harm or cause any drivability issues

Then take it back to Autozone and get the codes run and see if their minimal code reader can even tell which cylinder is misfiring. If the misfire has moved (don't bother if your initial code read at Autozone cannot identify which cylinder is misfiring) as a result of moving the coils, then replace the miscreant coil.

Yes...if coil one misfire moves to the cylinder you moved the coil to, you've solved the problem.
