Checking lifters out of the head??
While i am putting my heads back together on this aha 2.8 30v, i was checking out the lifters, most of them seem hard as a rock, i can spin the inner part but it wont move in or out, then a few are springing in and out and will pump oil out of the hole on the side (as i would expect) are the others all bad? this motor has 180k on it and it hasnt been cared for very well..
