Clair Parts - Phatbox Order : (
I ordered a phatbox and they said it would ship on the 14th. Now they are saying that they don't know when it will ship.
For those of you who have done business with them before, have you had similar experiences?

They're reputable
I'm surprised that the Phatboxes are on back order since they just dropped the price on them. You'd think they determined availability before putting them on sale.

I ordered S6 door trim from them and got it a day later...
I guess they sent it express. So I havent had any problems, but then again I only placed 1 order.

many orders including Phatbox, very happy with the service, Yes, Phatbox rocks, though my wife
doesn't share my ethusiasm. And yes, there are, quite a bit of comma splices in that sentence.

phatbox, in general, rocks...
I haven't used a CD in the car since the day after I got the unit. It's THAT much better.
I wonder if it's possible to do surgery on the VW cable to change the pinout? I got my unit from VW of West Hartford, CT. They seemed to have a LOT of units in stock so it might be worth a call.
