Classic Audi in Westchester County in the worst dealer of all.
They refused to do any of the recall work stated in the letter I received. I called AoA and they advised me to go to another dealer and they will deal with Classic. Now I have wasted time with no car for the day and now I'll have to take a day off to go to another dealer thats not close by. This really sucks. I have never experienced such Crap from any dealer before. Maybe I sell the A6 and get another Acura 3.5RL at least that was a good car and the dealers were very nice about everything.

Well I dont know why, I wasnt rude I was very pleasant with...
the service adviser John. He was very nasty to me. Maybe because im out of warranty and I didnt buy my car there. Did you buy yours there?

It might be that they did not want your business (?) because you didn't
buy there. But I would think the opposite is true. They should try to entice you not push you away. After all, people are not falling over themselves these days to buy a car.

If your Audi and its dealers
**** you off so, then you should get rid of it. It's just a car, not worth giving yourself an ulcer. If Acuras and their self-destructing trannies don't bother you, go for it!
