and I mean on my *** such that I couldn't see his headlights at all. So I nailed it and flat out ran away from his ***.
After a good 5 car length pull on him, I backed off, and let him go blowing by at WOT.
Sheesh, I need to get my *** out to E-Town, I have the itch bad.

...When I can't get out of their way, of course.
Given that I have a 2001, I had to add the second light for it to have the desired effect. Rear fog(s) are quite bright and look like brake lights. The driver notices that I have not slowed down, so they assume it is a message, better than the finger, and they are less angry than if I had actually braked.
Nine out of 10 back off. I turn off the lights once they reach a safe distance. If they tailgate again, most back off again if I light them up once more.
Back when my car was a junker, already having been in rear-end accidents, I had fun using the emergency brake on tailgaters. This would give them a sense of panic momentarily, enough for them to distrust me if not their own perception and skills. Usually worked, but sometimes after a close call. (I thought I was immortal back then.) Fortunately, aggressive tailgaters are often paying very close attention. ;^)

but car mods gave way to competitive spirit and WOT.
The rear fog lamp idea is pretty neat. I've heard of using them before, I just always forget when I find myself in that situation.
But the headlamp washers, now that's great, hahahahaha.
