Default Codes thrown after major engine work

Hi folks,

So I just got done with a complete TB job + all the extras: thermostat, serpentine belt, pulleys, etc... In addition, also did a complete valve cover job ordered from ECS and got my ABS module rebuilt. So I have no more leaks and the car seems to start and run fine, however it feels like I don't have as much acceleration as I used to, also it seems to idle slightly lower, plus the CEL came back on...I will be hooking up a vag-com to it again on Tuesday.

I got a vag-com hooked up to it yesterday, after the work and the following codes were found, what I'm looking for are ideas on what could be causing some of these...BTW, I realize some of these were resolved:

17831 - Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 1: Insufficient Flow
P1423 - 35-00 - -

18014 - Rough Road/Engine Torque Signal from ABS: Electrical Malfunction
P1606 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

17819 - Secondary Air Injection System; Bank 2: Insufficient Flow
P1411 - 35-00 - -

17952 - Angle Sensor 1 for Throttle Actuator (G187): Signal too Large
P1544 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

17580 - Angle Sensor 2 for Throttle Actuator (G188) Signal too Low
P1172 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

16497 - Intake Air Temp. Sensor (G42): Signal too High
P0113 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

17648 - Fuel Injector for Cylinder 4 (N33): Open Circuit
P1240 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

17650 - Fuel Injector for Cylinder 6 (N84): Open Circuit
P1242 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

17834 - EVAP Purge Valve (N80): Open Circuit
P1426 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

17840 - Secondary Air Injection Solenoid Valve (N112): Open Circuit
P1432 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

17649 - Fuel Injector for Cylinder 5 (N83): Open Circuit
P1241 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

17924 - Intake Manifold Valve (N156): Open Circuit
P1516 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

16730 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G163): Implausible Signal
P0346 - 35-00 - -

17746 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40): Open or Short to Plus

Interesting. I'm almost curious enough to ask the year and model of your car. Almost.

Clear the codes and see what comes back.

As suggested, clear codes first. Double check your N112 connections and the fuse if secondary air pump codes re-visit. Check to see if your secondary air pump fires up at initial start up. Hope it helps.

Did you use the tools to do the timing belt?
Did you do the cam adjuster seals? If so, did you check/change the cam chain timing?

For the secondary air, you probably have the vacuum lines hooked up wrong, cracked or disconnected. Either that or the hose from the air pump is cracked or disconnected.

Are both cam position sensors plugged in?

Default I thought i did eveything right....but where's the air pump?

So I did use the tools for the timing belt. I did do the cam adjuster seals and did check the cam chain timing...the car BTW seems to run fine.

I took a look at my lines today and they seem all good so can't see anything obviously wrong and did change a couple of the hoses which looked like they needed it.

As for the air pump...where is it? I really don't know...

Lastly, I didn't remove the cam position sensors, so never unplugged them.

Anyone have other ideas? I've attached a pic...

SAP is on the driver's side between the top Y intake pipe and master cylinder. It looks like a top of a cylinder with a 2 prong connector in the top of it.

Default 1 breather hose bad

so i rechecked all the breather hoses and noticed one of them was bascially just the cloth holding it together...so i'll get some heater hose to replace it tomorrow. That should address some of the air related issues, but its the cam issues which are worrying...
