Default Color Change

I have ordered the Ming Blue, but, the wife has taken a dislike to the color and I am considering
going with the Cahmere Gray Pearl, with Melange interior. Does anyone have that color combo, and
what do you think of it. Saw the color in a showroom but not outside, so not really sure of how it will look in daylight.

I posted a couple of pics of my Cashmere 4.2 a few days ago. Tungsten interior, though. I'm very pleased with the Cashmere. Stealthy, doesn't show dirt much for a dark color, and gets lots of compliments. I had silver on order but girlfriend talked me into Cashmere. Glad I listened.

Dark silver, smokey lavender, driftwood brown are all words to describe this colour

I have this combination on my '98. It's fantastic. The dashboard color blends in great with the cashmere gray in the sunlight. Go for it.

Default Cashmere Gray is a fabulous color (more)

I like it a lot. It's unique and reasonably forgiving of dust and dirt. Try to see it in person with both melange and tungsten gray interiors before you decide. Personally, I much prefer it with tungsten gray.

Cashmere on Melange was my wife's 1st choice. She lost to Melange on Melange. She does not like it.

IMHO Cashmere/Melange is gorgeous. I think it's the most elegant (and still practical) combo. Cashmere is a real chameleon color that looks good with both tungsten and melange; I like melange better. The Melange interior is very nice. It is a light, airy, warm sort of color. Makes the interior a good place to be, especially on rainy days (I live in Oregon, and it's that time of year...).

Cashmere will be a lot easier to keep clean than Ming.

Well, I called up my salesman and changed the color to Cashmere Gray/Melange, instead of Ming Blue/Melange. My wife was correct that the color is a very interesting and rich color, as we saw two different locations, one in sun and the other in shade, and they looked completely different. As April said, a Smoky Lavender in sun and a dark gray in shade and an even darker gray at night.
I am assuming that the change can be made as I don't have any build date as yet. I will be happy regardless of what color I chose.
