How do I confirm that I have the sport suspension on my 2000 A6 2.7t with the sport seats lowered suspension and sport wheels? The dealer is saying that the vin number indicates that the car does not have the suspension. Yet I have all the sport package options...

Mid-year change included sport suspension... suspension = PSK. No suspension = PSP (option codes)

for the PSK option code. If you cannot tell because the seats and wheels were upgraded, try parking next to a stock A6, and you should be a bit lower. If that is that case, then you have the sport setup.

Are you the original owner? Do you have access to the original window sticker?

I haev the stock sport wheels for winter use, I have lowered suspension, the PSK sway bar, but the giveaway that my car is not a factory sport setup is my interior...stock non-sport (boo hoo). If I could find a set of the sport seats that I could afford, I would upgrade, but kinda pricey.

Yea, I checked my codes too, no "P" codes, the dealer says it does have the sport suspension.

Hey while we're on codes, how do I tell if my steering wheel is heated? I do have the cold weather package,,

I think that was phased out for 2000.

You must have one of those if you have sport seats. Did you check the label in the trunk?
