Interesting comments from CR about these two models. The S4 gets half a red bubble for reliability, a full red bubble for satisfaction, and a full red bubble for depreciation. The A6 gets a blank bubble for reliability, N.A. for owner satisfaction, and a blank bubble for depreciation.

A red bubble is good. A blank bubble is not so good. And a black bubble is bad.

I don't get it. Aren't they both Audis?

plus those surveys are only as accurate as the info they contain. Not enough responses or a few too many unhappy owners, and voila - bad data.

They have the full blown "bubble" report for the S4 and the A6, though the report on the A6 isn't for the 2.7T since it's a new model.
