your rotors were probably not warped, (didnt you read the LOOOONG recent thread :-)). Generally warped symptoms mean pad deposits. Scuff them down with a rough sanding block, or go to stoptech and read about re-bedding ( which i find harder and less effective, btu that's just_me)

not to mention that if they really warped int he first place, that meant they had too little thermal capacity, and cutting them results in less than too little. Which is not good.
