Cheaper to sell the dregs of your car and start with a car that's already a 6sp.
It is completely and utterly not cost effective to retrofit an manual to an auto Audi. There are too many interdependent electronics.

It sounds like they got it right after a spell...
If it is less (or not too much more) than a rebuilt or new Tip it would be worth it if they worked out the bugs with the S4. I saw the post above about selling the Auto and buying a 6 Sp and there are some merits to that but then there is the "devil you know" vs the "devil youdon't know".
