Neither set of fans is coming on. It's hot down here in GA so I know the thermostat on the A/C fan should at least be kicking in. My A/C isn't as cool as in the previous year and I just had the fluid filled. Compressor kicks in at normal intervals so it has to be the fans. Is there an easy way to diagnose fan failure, Could a blown fuse cause this??
Oil temp gets close to the halfway mark, and the coolant temp is right where it needs to be. I can just tell that the fans aren’t coming on and that the air coming in the cabin is nowhere near as cold as it should be. I STFA and got a lot of different info, all too general. What are some steps I should take in the diagnosis. Thanks a ton guys, I’m in school and saving money in this economy is a huge deal, drinking beer and staring at my engine bay isn’t cutting it.
