Couple questions about check engine codes (EVAP- EMCS Leak Small) and Torque Converter CKT
I just ran a check engine light diagnostic tool on my audi (trying to save money so i don't get ripped by mechanics. I pulled two codes- One being an EVAP Emissisons control system Leak -Small. And the other being a Torque Converter CKT Performance OR Stuck Off. Anyone have any experience with dealing with these ? What should I be looking to replace/ cost etc.

Precisely... Replace the torque converter or just drive as is. I have the
same code and after much research and talking to repair techs (including Audi) that will say you need a whole new transmission, I decided to leave it be for a while. It should only be affecting O/D and possibly noticeable at highway speeds. If you have the cash 2200. For the part 950 and 12 hrs of labor then do it now. I do not notice anything with my car except an annoying check light and cant chip. Im also sure others will chime in. Keep in mind long term it could harm rest of transmission.

Will a EVAP -EMCS Leak keep my from getting an inspection sticker? I believe that I have the emissions check coming up on the next inspection?
