crank lock pin help for 04 a6 2.t7

I just did this on my 00 2.7t a couple weeks ago. All you have to do is take your wheel well out on the side that the crank plug is on, and if the car is jacked up on that side, you can look through a hole in the wheel well where it can be easily accessed with a few long extensions and a magnetic socket helps, but I managed to get away without it pretty easily. Here's some pics of it from other angles of it in there that might help you I guess idk lol.

Just pull the A/C pump loose and around the front of the engine. Did it in 20 minutes. Didn't disconnect any hoses, just remove the pump mount bolts and pull it around the front of the engine.
