Whatever works for you, in terms of mating to the cats, and mufflers of choice.

Thanks, was wondering if performance would be different, 2.5" OD fits better.

I'd think the difference would be slight, more important are the bends and mufflers.

Default Tubing is typically measured by the o.d.
Tube thickness and od determines what the inside diameter.
