Dash Cover peeling

Dash Cover peeling
Well, maybe not peeling, but it has come unglued from each edge where it tucks under the "A" pillar, and is slightly curling up. Has anyone ever had this repaired, or done it themselves? I'm not really sure what type of glue/adhesive would work or even how to get it in there!
Would any type of shops specialize in something like this?
Any advice would be appreciated.
