Dealer tire rotation?

Dealer tire rotation?
My dealer is telling me Audi only allows the dealer to perform the forst tire rotation. All others are at the leasee's expense. Anyone have a similar experience?

My dealer was going to charge me $40 to perform the R&B, but when I showed up to pick the up the car, they said they would "comp" me for being a good customer. Not sure if they just tell customers that the first R&B is "comped" under the guise of being a "good customer" or if the gesture was legit.

Yes, my dealer actually told me that tire rotations are NOT included. However, when I asked them to do them for me at 10k, 20k, and 30k, they did not charge me - go figure.
If you ask them to rotate your tires when you are in for routine scheduled service, they should charge no more than $20.
