Did my 20K service at my local Audi Dealer
Dealer installed 4 new rotors on my A6 4.2 (2nd set) and the car is perfect again. The dealer had the car overnight so after some groaning, they put me in a loaner - a Suzuki Aerio. What a joke. I recall someone on this site recently getting a Boxster. The least they can do is put me in a Jetta. And then it took over 15 minutes of being on hold to find out when my car would be ready. The only negative about owning my Audi (2nd one) is the dealer. I hope they get their act together or they will lose customers.
