and wow was that the biggest waste of $70. I honestly cannot tell the slightest difference in sound.
I originally was going to chop the mufflers and do straights but didn't want it too loud. Now I'm wishing I had done that.

Default At least you got a nice weight reduction : )

And yeah, you should have just cut your mufflers.

Default I'm full of opinions tonight...and you guys should buy a proper catback exhaust...

all this piece-meal stuff is not for our cars, stop being cheep...save some cabbage, make the purchase, love your car all-over-again!

Default I like how mine sounds =) $100 bucks to get a nice V8 sound.

Redoing the catback setup with 2.5" pipe will cost me a little more, but that won't be for a while.

Default no... paying $1500 for a couple mandrel bends and some mufflers is BS

theres nothing wrong with paying a GOOD mufflers shop (read: not midas or jiffy lube) to do it right.

500 bucks for the 2.5" mandrel bent custom catback on my car including muffs, tips, and labor/welds i can trust.

and FTR i couldnt count how many time i see a post "just put on my new APR/AWE/Miltek cat back and the tips arent centered in the valence opening"... THAT is why custom exhaust>pre-fab BS
