Default Do Audi's automatic locks have a mind of their own?
Isn't the car supposed to lock itself after being left unlocked after 2 minutes. My car did it when I brought it home (about 2 mo's ago) but doesn't now? Anyone know how this works?

Default It will re-lock from a locked state, if you unlock w/ remote but do not open a door.
It will not, however, just spontaneously lock after two minutes.

I believe the computer is set for something like 45 seconds to 1 minute. If you unlock the car with a remote, but do not open a door or the trunk within that time frame, it re-locks itself.

My 2003 that was programmed to auto lock, has suddenly stoped doing it

Default Check that your trunk isn't ajar. Does it honk when you lock manually?
It won't honk, if the trunk is ajar. One reason I keep the "honk" option turned on.
