Yeah, with such a professional looking website, I wrongly concluded that their service would be on the same level.

Maybe there are just a couple of completely incompetent people there, like Rob, damaging the company's otherwise good service record.

Regardless, as I mentioned in another post, they will never get my business again. Just not worth the frustration when something goes wrong.

I should have asked to speak to the manager or owner.

As stated above, my clips finally arrived, and my dealings with ECS are officially over.
