yeah I was at that point too wait until you hit 40. it's like a time bomb

Default I beat the hell out of myself to stay in shape. I'm not going to lose that will anytime soon.
Several members of my family are overweight, and I REFUSE to become like them/80% of Americans. The only thing that will stop me is a physical problem that inhibits my ability to maintain a proper state of fitness.

If I ever get anywhere near that weight, it will be time to have a lap band installed.
